In order to look after the health and safety of others attending this clinic as well as your own, please read the following:

If you can answer ‘Yes’ to ANY of the following screening questions then please do not come into the clinic:

  1. Have you tested positive for COVID-19? (subject to being certified by a medical health professional as fully recovered)

  2. Have you had contact with anyone with confirmed COVID-19, or someone who has been in direct contact with a confirmed case, in the last 14 days?

  3. Have you had any of these symptoms in the last 14 days?
      Fever greater than 38°C
      Difficulty breathing
      Loss of sense of smell or taste

  4. Are you currently experiencing fever over 38°C, difficulty breathing, cough or loss of sense of smell or taste?

If you can answer yes to any of these questions, please do not attend this clinic. If you have any signs or symptoms of a cold or flu then please contact your GP and arrange to be tested for Covid-19. 

Working in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Worksafe guidelines, the following procedures have been introduced in level 2.

The Clinic:

  • As per government requirement, a robust Health and Safely Plan has been implemented and followed.

  • Covid-19 screening questions have been included in the Book Online page for all clients to read before booking when in Level 2. This clinic is not able to treat clients whilst in Levels 3 and 4

  • Clients are asked not to arrive more than a few minutes early to an appointment. This is to reduce chances of cross over between clients arriving and leaving.

  • Mask worn by practitioner, changed after each client - - level 2 and up.

  • Minimizing the number of available shared surfaces, and all shared surfaces are disinfected after each client.

  • All treatment bedding changed after each client.

  • Minimized contact to the extent possible within clinic.

  • Contact-tracing records of anyone who will have close interaction with staff.

The Client:

  • Clients are welcome to bring their own pillows, blankets or masks should they choose to.

  • Client prompted to use hand sanitizer and/or hand washing on entering the premises.

  • Clients are encouraged to bring their own water to drink after treatment, eg water bottle, as cups will be unable to be offered at clinic.

  • People accompanying client will need to be recorded on contact tracing record.
